I purchased these slats and found that they were not the right size for my bedframe. When the company learned about this, they apologized for the inconvenience and recommended places where I could get them cut down to fit what I needed, as well as refunded me a partial amount on my order to make up for the trouble. While I was initially annoyed at getting the wrong product size, the quick response from customer service when there was an issue makes me think this is a good company to do business with. Now that the slats are cut, they seem to be of good quality and are just what I needed.

Ordered slats for an antique iron bedframe. Slats were slightly longer than the frame width, but no problem cutting off the excess. Better too long than too short! The webbing was held in place with 1/4 inch staples which pulled out immediately. Not impressed there, although it did make it easier to separate the slats to cut them to fit the odd size of my antique bed frame. Prompt delivery and reasonable price. Would order from this vendor again.
